Return Eligibility

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll quickly review the issue and provide a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or fitness products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., nutrition products)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials (e.g., sprays)

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different product?
The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.


EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you’re located in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Within this time, you can return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation required — as long as it is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase


💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
